Revenge Wars (For Oi)Another Example of Capitalism as a Failed System: World Capilalism Was Aware of the Danger of Cornovavirus Threat Over 5 Years Ago and Did Nothing!: Under Capitalism — Human Lives Don’t Matter Capitalism Does Not, and Never Has, Worked for the Masses! In Its Death Agony, Capitalism Is Traveling About The World Like The Four Horsemen of the The Apocalypse, Spreading Racism, War, Famine, Pestilence, and Death. The future of Humanity Is Now At stake! The future of Humanity Is Now At stake! Since World War I, ‘the war to end all wars’, there have been perpetual wars for perpetual peace, this Laura Gray’s cartoon from the front page of The Militant August 18, 1945, Under the Banner Headline: “There Is No Peace”Due to Years of Austerity, Cuts to Public Health Care, And An Anti-Science and Profiteering President, The United States Now Leads the World In Coronavirus Cases and Deaths in the World!
Always Remember: That President Obama, With a Majority Democrat Legislature Supported the Wall Street Bailout and Remember, That he Established, in writing, the United States Capitalist Austerity Program. — The Race to the Bottom/Pauperization of the 99%!
Democracy?: As the Capitalist Robber Barons Steal from the 99%, Only the 1% Voted For Austerity! The 99% Should Decide On Austerity — Not Just The 1% Who, Profit From Austerity!! Under Austerity, All of the World Will Eventually Be Pauperized, Humbled, and Desecrated Like Greece and Puerto Rico.! Socialism Means True Democracy, that the 99% Will Rule, Not the Few!
Quotes of the Day:
“It’s called Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), and it’s complicated, impractical, unsafe, expensive, unworkable, largely theoretical, impressively ludicrous, and based on magical thinking—everything that made Rube Goldberg cartoons funny except that Professor Butts now works for Exxon and is busy inserting the blueprints for this technology into Department of Energy policy and writing billion-dollar subsidies into federal legislation which will serve as lifelines to the fossil fuel industry and that could otherwise be used to deploy renewable energy technologies. So, it’s not funny at all.” — Sandra Steingraber, Sliding Off the Cliff with Carbon Capture and Storage
First and foremost are the shock election victories for the left in Unite and Unison – the two largest trade unions in Britain. These developments represent an earthquake that has shaken the whole labour movement. Parallel with this, in the wake of the defeat of the Corbyn movement, we are witnessing an unfolding civil war within the Labour Party, with the right wing attempting to reassert their dominance. — Britain: Civil War In the Labour Movement

Cuba & The US: A Tale of Two Prison Systems In this episode of Rattling the Bars, TRNN Executive Producer and former Black Panther Eddie Conway discusses the differences between prisons in Cuba and in the United States. Of the two, only one incarcerates children, only one deliberately isolates prisoners from their families and communities, and only one uses long-term solitary confinement as a routine punishment—and it’s not Cuba. “In Cuba you don’t have solitary confinement,” Conway says. “Because that’s inhumane.”
United States:
The United States is not a Democracy (A government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly)! Only the 1%, through. their ownership of the Reublicrats, who profit from war and the war budget, voted for War and the war budget — A policy, which Gore Vidal called a Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace. — The 99% Should Decide On War — Not Just The 1% Who Profit From War! Under a Democracy, The 99% would have the right to vote on the policy of Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace! Every ‘Tax. Reform’ From President Kennedy has Been an incrase in taxes from the Poor, the Woking Class, and the Middle Class, to the Rich! —The United States takes from the poor and gives to the Rich. Tax the Rich! — They Can Afford To Pay!
NIH Documents Provide New Evidence U.S. Funded Gain-Of-Function Research in Wuhan U.S.-funded experiment in China posed biosafety risks but did not cause Covid-19 pandemic, scientists say. Documents obtained by The Intercept contain new evidence that the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the nearby Wuhan University Center for Animal Experiment, along with their collaborator, the U.S.-based nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance, have engaged in what the U.S. government defines as “gain-of-function research of concern,” intentionally making viruses more pathogenic or transmissible in order to study them, despite stipulations from a U.S. funding agency that the money not be used for that purpose. Grant money for the controversial experiment came from the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which is headed by Anthony Fauci. The award to EcoHealth Alliance, a research organization which studies the spread of viruses from animals to humans, included subawards to Wuhan Institute of Virology and East China Normal University. The principal investigator on the grant is EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak, who has been a key voice in the search for Covid-19’s origins.
Tax Policy Demonstrates that the 1% Minority Rules!: Report on Revolving Door and Tax Policy Sparks Calls for Federal Probe and Reforms “This is an example of terrible management in the Treasury Department across multiple administrations.” Report on Revolving Door and Tax Policy Sparks Calls for Federal Probe and Reforms. As congressional Democrats are working out tax hikes targeting corporations and rich individuals for the Build Back Better package they hope to pass in the coming weeks, The New York Times on Sunday shone a spotlight on the revolving door between accounting firms and the U.S. government that benefits companies hoping to avoid taxes.
The Justice Department Has Serious Grounds to Subpoena Trading Records from Dallas Fed President Robert Kaplan Fed watchers are stunned that Fed Chair Jerome Powell thinks it is appropriate for the Fed to investigate itself following one of the most arrogant and brazen trading scandals in the history of the Fed. The focal point of that scandal is Robert S. Kaplan, the President of the Dallas Fed, who held non-public, market moving information throughout last year but nonetheless traded in and out of tens of millions of dollars of individual stocks as well as – wait for it – S&P 500 futures, an instrument used by speculators to make highly leveraged, directional bets on the market. S&P 500 futures extend the trading day to almost 24/7 from Sunday evening to Friday night.

The ‘Paris Agreement’ Has Failed! We Are Way Beyond Hansen’s Original ‘Tipping Point’!: (The Rate of Carbon Increases keeps increasing) Hansen’s 350 PPM ‘Tipping Point’: NASA’s James Hansen originally warned that 350 PPM CO2 was the tipping point, and that we would all burn up and drown unless CO2 was reduced to those levels. (2008) Carbon Dioxide Peaks Near 420 Parts Per Million at Mauna Loa observatory (2021)New Evidence Of Corruption at Epa Chemicals Division EPA whistleblowers have provided evidence that agency officials avoided calculating the health risks posed by hundreds of new chemicals. Scientists at the Environmental Protection Agency have provided The Intercept with new information showing that senior staff have made chemicals appear safer — sometimes dodging restrictions on their use — by minimizing the estimates of how much is released into the environment. The EPA gauges the potential risk posed by a chemical using two measures: how toxic the agency considers it and how much of the substance the public will likely be exposed to. Whistleblowers from the EPA’s New Chemicals Division have already provided The Intercept with evidence that managers and other officials were pressuring them to assess chemicals to be less toxic than they actually are — and sometimes removing references to their harms from chemical assessments.
Sliding Off the Cliff with Carbon Capture and Storage Reuben “Rube” Goldberg was an American sculptor and engineer whose day job was political cartooning. In 1948, he won a Pulitzer Prize for a syndicated cartoon that depicts a house, a birdbath, and a picnicking family perched on a nuclear bomb that is balanced on the edge of a cliff. The face of the cliff is labeled WORLD CONTROL. . . . Well into the 21st century, we now confront another existential threat: the precarious tilting of all of human civilization toward the unstoppable chain reaction of runaway climate change. The cause of the crisis is clear: the extraction and burning of fossil fuels, which are loading up the atmosphere with heat-trapping gases in the form of carbon dioxide—which pours into the air whenever coal, oil, or natural gas is burned—and its vaporous sibling, methane—which pours into the air whenever coal, oil, or natural gas is exhumed from the earth. The solution to the crisis is also clear: let’s stop doing that. Let the fossils rest in peace in their stony graveyards and pursue a full-bore affair with renewable energy. Electrify everything and run the grid on wind, water, and solar power.

Labour Conference: Showdown Looms As Right Wing Go On the Rampage This year’s Labour conference – held in Brighton from 25-29 September – is likely to see a vicious battle between the right and left of the party. Due to the pandemic, this will be the party’s first conference for over two years. With the event taking place in-person, coming on the back of months of attacks by the leadership against grassroots members, it will be an open and bloody conflict. On one side, there are the insurgent Blairites and bureaucrats. On the other is the left-wing membership, who are fighting a rearguard battle.Health,Education, and Wealfare:
The government of the United States can pass laws in a few days to spend tens of trillions of dollars for war and the bailout of Wall Street and the bankers. Yet, those who pass universal healthcare for themselves, but cannot spend even one trillion dollars for universal health for those who are ‘governed’! This is what is considered, by the powers to be, a democracy and part of the democratic way. — Roland Sheppard, Let the People Vote on Healthcare!
Big Pharma Profiteera Prevent World-wide Treatment!: ‘An Atrocity’: Poor Go Without as Rich Nations Set to Let 100 Million Covid Vaccines Rot “Poorer countries shouldn’t have to wait until our doses are about to expire to vaccinate their populations.”Anew analysis projecting that 100 million Covid-19 vaccines stockpiled by rich nations and set to expire by the end of the year could be left to waste is prompting an outcry from social justice campaigners who warn of a potential “atrocity” as poor nations are refused access to doses. The estimate released Sunday by science analytics company Airfinity came as tracking by Our World in Data showed that just 1.9% of people in low-income countries have received at least one dose. By contrast, 63% of people in the U.S. and 71% of those in the U.K. have received at least one jab
