A Novel Idea!imageofthedayQuotes of the Day:

If a cop wrongfully attacks you, you cannot fight back. If a SWAT team wrongfully raids your home, you cannot defend yourself. If a highway patrol officer wrongfully takes your money or your valuable possessions, you cannot get them back without a lengthy, costly legal battle. It used to be that the Constitution served as a bulwark against government abuses, excesses and wrongdoing. That is no longer the case. — Your Money or Your Life: What’s Behind the Latest Government Scam to Rob You Blind?

In referring to the EPA’s statements, the article quotes Joel Kupferman, the executive director of the Environmental Law and Justice Project: ‘They’ve [EPA] created this false climate that things are safe,’ he said.Alerted to concerns about Tabb’s building, he said, ‘the project hired an independent industrial hygienist to conduct tests of surfaces there on Dec. 3, using methods published by the American Society for Testing and Materials. The tests found the presence of settled asbestos 555 times above the suggested acceptable level.’ … Scientists with HP Environmental Inc. of Reston, Va., warn that the asbestos dust in Lower Manhattan is so finely pulverized that the EPA’s more conventional tests may not pick it up. Cancer from these known carcinogenic dusts released by the WTC towers implosion takes 20 to 30 years to develop. From my understanding of the risks from carcinogenic materials that I and other house painters have been exposed to during the course of work (”According to the International Association for Research on Cancer, “occupational Exposure as a Painters is carcinogenic.”), exposures 555 times the legally permissible level may well create a catastrophe hundreds of times more destructive to human lives than the initial implosion! In fact, on January 11, 2002, in a report by Cate Jenkins, of the EPA Hazardous Waste Identification Division stationed in Manhattan, compared asbestos levels found in lower Manhatten to the Libby, Montana Superfund site. Her conclusion was that lower Manhatten should also be declared a Superfund site. Needless to say, the EPA has ignored its own report. — 9-11 World Trade Center Dust Cloud: How Many Will Die!

It is indisputable that the US “War on Terror” that continues to escalate throughout the Middle East and beyond has its roots in the September 11, 2001 attack on New York’s World Trade Towers. It was 9-11 which initially gave the Bush-Cheney Administration and a subservient Congress the political cover to initiate a bombing campaign against the utterly defenseless, poverty stricken country of Afghanistan for ‘harboring terrorists’ before going on to initiate a full scale ‘shock and awe’ military invasion of Iraq which had nothing to do with 9-11 in 2003.  The fact that fifteen of the nineteen 9-11 hijackers were Saudi nationals was of no apparent consequence. by Renee Parsonsobamas-dilemma Robber Baron Nation: Your Money or Your Life: What’s Behind the Latest Government Scam to Rob You Blind? by John W.  A Call to Action Against Slavery in America: The Largest Prison Strike in U.S. History Enters Its Second Week The largest prison strike in U.S. history has been going on for nearly a week, but there’s a good chance you haven’t heard about it. For months, inmates at dozens of prisons across the country have been organizing through a network of smuggled cellphones, social media pages, and the support of allies on the outside. The effort culminated in a mass refusal to report to prison jobs on September 9, the anniversary of the 1971 Attica prison uprising. By Alice Speriprisonstrike Pentagon Just Admitted to Using Black Soldiers as Human Guinea Pigs in WWII  As was reported by NPR, 60,000 American soldiers were enrolled in a secret chemical weapons testing program in which they were exposed to mustard gas and the chemical agent lewisite, which causes lung irritation and blisters. Moreover, the U.S. Department of Defense conducted the tests based on the race of the soldiers. Black, Japanese-American and Puerto Rican soldiers were locked in a gas chamber and exposed to the chemicals. White soldiers were used as the control group. By Jasmine Nelsonblacksoliders Labor:
