Wonder Why Food Prices Keep Rising? A Cartel of Ten Companies Control the Food the Production and Distribution of Most Food!: This Infographic Above Shows How Only 10 Companies Own All The World’s Food Brands … In order to visually elucidate that point, Oxfam International created a comprehensive infographic that reveals the extensive reach of the “Big 10″ food and beverage companies. Unlikely ties between brands we largely don’t associate with one another show how easy it is to be misinformed about the American food system. For example, PepsiCo produces Quaker granola bars, and Nestlé makes Kit Kat bars but also frozen California Pizza Kitchen pies. To the surprise of many, Pineapple Fanta isn’t sourced straight from the mythical Fanta Islands, but canned right alongside Barq’s root beer at the Coca-Cola factory.

The biggest caveat to Trump’s voting victory is that, contrary to the usual hype of a ‘massive voter turnout’, fewer Americans eligible to vote bothered to do so compared to 2020. Then over 158m voted, this time the vote was down to 153m. The voter turnout of those eligible fell to 62.2% from the high of 65.9% in 2020. The total number of Americans of voting age in 2024 is 265m. But over 42% of Americans of voting age did not do so. Partly this was because the number of Americans who failed to register rose to 19m from 12m in 2020 (this includes the prison population who are disenfranchised and those who found it difficult to register or did not bother.) So although Trump got over 50% of those who voted, he actually got only 28% support of Americans of voting age. Nearly three out of four Americans did not vote for Trump. Harris polled under 27%. The real winner of the election was (yet again) the ‘no vote’ party. The ‘no voters’ were 38% of the eligible vote and 42% of those of voting age. The difference in the 2024 election was that while Trump got about the same number of votes in 2024 as he did in 2020, Harris lost over 10m votes compared to Biden in 2020.
Obama continued and expanded Bush’s most evil policies. Trump continued and expanded Obama’s most evil policies. Biden continued and expanded Trump’s most evil policies. Now Trump is preparing to keep the streak going.
The United States is not a Democracy (A government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly)! Only the 1%, through their ownership of the Republicrats and who profit from war and the war budget, vote for War and the war budget — A policy, which Gore Vidal called a Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace. — The 99% Should Decide On War — Not Just The 1% Who Profit From War! Under a Democracy, The 99% would have the right to vote on the policy of Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace! The United States takes from the poor and gives to the Rich. Tax the Rich! — They Can Afford ford To Pay! Both Parties Support U.S. Capitalism’s Wars! (The Only War the Democrats Opposed was the Civil War!)
We can have democracy in this country, or we can have great wealth concentrated in the hands of a few, but we can’t have both. — Louis D. Brandeis Quotes/
The greatest purveyor of violence in the world : My own Government, I cannot be Silent. ― Martin Luther King Jr.
At Their Confirmation hearings, The Federalist Judges all stated that they Interpret the constitution by the intent of the forefathers — believe them! It was never intent of the forefathers that the United States be a Democracy! As Noam Chomsky stated in his interview on American History and Democracy:… “If you go back to the record of the Constitutional Convention, which took place in 1787, almost immediately after the end of the war, you see that they are already moving in another direction. James Madison — who was the main framer, and one of the Founding Fathers who was most libertarian — makes it very clear that the new constitutional system must be designed so as to ensure that the government will, in his words, “protect the minority of the opulent against the majority” and bar the way to anything like agrarian reform. The determination was made that America could not allow functioning democracy, since people would use their political power to attack the wealth of the minority of the opulent. Therefore, Madison argues, the country should be placed in the hands of the wealthier set of men, as he put it. . . . To this day, we have a government and state apparatus that is designed to “protect the minority of the opulent against the majority” Democracy for white and wealthy men only! To this day, we have a government and state apparatus that is designed to “protect the minority of the opulent against the majority. Democracy for white and wealthy men only!
Kshama Sawant stated: The Democrats Deserved to Lose 1,000 Times Over What happened in this year’s election was not some kind of flowering of American fascism, but a rebellion against a hated, out-of-touch Democratic Party elite. The primary driver of the election outcome was an angry working-class rejection of the status quo and deep cost-of-living crisis proudly presided over by the Democrats. Traditional Democratic voters who had faced sky-high grocery prices, gas, rent, alongside crumbling social infrastructure were told to buck up and vote for Kamala Harris, or else. They were told to ignore the genocide in Gaza, and worse yet to vote for the genocider. The only thing the Democrats offered to working people was a recycled anti-Trump campaign. Predictably, the Democrats hemorrhaged working-class support and managed to lose ground in virtually every part of their base: the Arab and Muslim American community, Black voters, Latino voters, young people, and even women. As the Financial Times reported, “the majority of lower-income households or those earning less than $50,000 a year voted for Trump this election. Conversely, those making over $100,000 voted for Harris, according to exit polls.” Tellingly, this last demographic was the sole one where Harris gained ground: voters who make $100,000 or more voted 42% for Biden in 2020, and 51% for Harris. Harris abandoned a raft of progressive policies that are wildly popular, some of which were featured on ballot initiatives that won by big margins in states that went for Trump. Voters approved minimum wage increases, including to $15/hour (Alaska and Missouri), expanded workers’ ability to earn paid sick leave in three states (Alaska, Missouri, and Nebraska), rejected school vouchers (Colorado, Kentucky, and Nebraska), and opted to ban anti-union captive audience meetings (Alaska). The media narrative that Harris lost because working-class voters are moving to the right is false. That’s not to say there weren’t elements of right-wing ideas reflected in the result. Both parties’ disgusting embrace of anti-immigrant ideas has whipped up anti-immigrant sentiment, which was without a doubt reflected in the Trump vote. But fundamentally, it’s the Democratic and Republican Parties that are moving further and further to the right, as they attempt to make working people pay for the long-term crisis of capitalism.
Extensive Polls Find Americans Support Taxing the Wealthy The excessively wealthy and greedy corporations have rigged the rules. Our economic system allows a select few to accumulate enormous personal wealth while the rest of us are left to fend for ourselves. This system has created an invisible structure through which a very small yet monumentally influential few shape every aspect of life for all Americans. The excessively wealthy redirect elected officials’ priorities with their campaign contributions, block housing solutions that would allow everyone to have a safe place to call home, decide what our children are taught in school, manipulate the press to cherry pick what information is available, fund massive misinformation campaigns, and so much more. Despite all this, there is hope for a more equal future. Poll after poll shows that the majority of Americans support taxing the rich. While these individual polls have been important indicators of public opinion, in a first of its kind report the Excessive Wealth Disorder Institute has aggregated those polling results into a systematic analysis. The result is an even stronger case for critical reforms of the American tax code.
Scott Ritter stated in Tulsi Gabbard & the Trump Revolution Gabbard is well positioned to become the most influential advisor to President Trump regarding the critical foreign policy and national security problems that will be faced by his administration. President-elect Donald Trump has sent shockwaves through the national security establishment by appointing former Democratic congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard as his nominee for the position of director of national intelligence. Social media is ablaze with criticism and condemnation of both the nominations and Gabbard, primarily over past statements she has made critical of U.S. policy regarding Venezuela, Syria, Ukraine, and Russia. Apparently, Gabbard, who serves as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves and has served in combat in Iraq, is somehow deemed “un-American” for daring to speak out against bad policy. It doesn’t matter that history has shown her criticisms to be well-founded.
