Legal/Extra-legal Terrorism Has Been a Tool of the United States 1% to  Subjugate Black People By Roland Sheppard

2021 Update: Modern DayPolice Terrorism! — White Supremacists Groups Have Become Part of Law Enforcement: FBI Warned of White Supremacists In Law Enforcement 15 Years Ago. Has Anything Changed?Increased attention toward the killing of black men and women by police throughout the past year has ignited national conversations on racism and law enforcement. From Freddie Gray in April 2015 to Deborah Danner — an “emotionally disturbed” woman fatally shot this week by an NYPD officer — protests around the country have forced many Americans to reassess how police engage with communities of color.   In light of — or perhaps despite — the increased scrutiny, FBI director James Comey told police officers at a national conference last Sunday that because of insufficient data on use of force, “Americans actually have no idea” whether racial bias in policing is really an epidemic. Pointing to current public outrage over police killings of African-Americans, Comey said “the absence of good information” and data has aided in the growing belief that police officers target particular communities. During This Economic Crisis, Capitalism’s Three-Point Political Program: 1.Austerity,2.Scapegoat Blacks, Minorities, and ‘Illegal’ Immigrants for Unemployment, and 3.  The Iron Heel!    For Decades, Blacks Have Been Subjected to The Iron Heel!   Currently, the US Capitalist Class is Divided Over When — Not If, to Apply The Iron Heel to Everyone!

After the civil war terrorism was used to overturn/betray promises made to win the civil war, the gains Blacks had made during reconstruction. How did they accomplish this betrayal? The answer is simple— The answer is simple —By the Use of Terrorism! — They used police and terrorist Ku Klux Klan violence — Lynchings! These extra-legal activities laid the basis for the overthrow of Black Reconstruction and the institutionalization of legal segregation (Jim Crow) in the former slave states. To enforce Jim Crow, Black people were, for decades, indiscriminately lynched and framed.

After the civil rights movement of the 50s, 60s, and 70s defeated Jim Crown, What the press termed, the white backlash, the United States again resorted to terrorism of Black People. Police Brutality was the main terrorist tool!

Aware of the probability of a revolt against this brutality, extreme racist cops have been groomed for years, but Presidents Johnson, Nixon, Clinton, Bush, Carter, Bush, Obama, and Trump did nothing and said nothing (Silent Encouragement) about white supremist infiltrating law enforcement agencies of the United States.  See: FBI Warned of White Supremacists in Law Enforcement 10 Years Ago. Has Anything Changed? In the 2006 bulletin, the FBI detailed the threat of white nationalists and skinheads infiltrating police in order to disrupt investigations against fellow members and recruit other supremacists. The bulletin was released during a period of scandal for many law enforcement agencies throughout the country, including a neo-Nazi gang formed by members of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department who harassed black and Latino communities. Similar investigations revealed officers and entire agencies with hate group ties in IllinoisOhio and Texas.

Economic Terrorism of Young Workers, Minorities, and Workers

Fear of being unemployed, fear being unemployed, fear of no health insurance or underinsured, fear of homelessness, or being homeless, fear of being hungry, and fear of the future, in my opinion, are the result of economic terroriam!

Young, Workers, Minorities, and the New Jim Crow ex-prisoners,who we under Obama, are not counted in the official government unemployment figures. Since the2008—2009 economic crash, from Ferguson, Missouri, and throughout the United States, there have been large demonstrations against this armed terrorism and economic terrorism by the United States. Law enforcement agencies even have become militarized! “RAND found that the value of all excess Department of Defense items held by law enforcement agencies across the U.S. in 2018 stood at $1,888,559,339. The following infographic takes a closer look at a selection of equipment from the RAND report and how much it was worth at the time of the analysis. There were 849 mine-resistant vehicles in operation at U.S. police departments and they had a value of just under $583 million. Elsewhere on the list, 64,689 5.56 millimeter rifles were transferred to law enforcement and they were worth $27.83 million while the grand total for all aircraft in the program came to around $433 million.” — How Much Is The Police’s Military Equipment Worth?

Workers, Young Workers, and Minorites have never recovered for the 2008 crash. See The Condition of the United States Working Class —  Where Do We Go From Here?

Since June 2009 Americans have lived in the false reality of a recovering economy.  Various fake news and manipulated statistics have been used to create this false impression.  However, indicators that really count have not supported the false picture and were ignored. For example, it is normal in a recovering or expanding economy for the labor force participation rate to rise as people enter the workforce to take advantage of the job opportunities.  During the decade of the long recovery, from June 2009 through May 2019, the labor force participation rate consistently fell from 65.7 to 62.8 percent. —Paul Craig Roberts, The Diminishing American Economy

There Has Been Not Recovery For the Working Class During This Century! “Since June 2000 Americans have lived in the false reality of a recovering economy.  Various fake news and manipulated statistics have been used to create this false impression.  However, indicators that really count have not supported the false picture and were ignored. Food banks are doling out meals at a rapid pace and an Associated Press data analysis found a sharp rise in the amount of food distributed compared with last year. Meanwhile, some folks are skipping meals so their children can eat and others are depending on cheap food that lacks nutrition. Those fighting hunger say they’ve never seen anything like this in America, even during the Great Recession of 2007-2009.” — Millions of hungry Americans turn to food banks for 1st time

The Response of the 1% State and Their Government

The racist response by Trump to the coronavirus reflects the current US imperialist policy of global genocide. From Trump’s Pandemic: A Modern-Day American Genocide!:

  • Apparently, he hasn’t noticed the damage his lack of coronavirus response policy has done to our economy, and that tens of millions of people have lost their jobs and health insurance, and are on the verge of eviction, homelessness, and disaster.

  • Apparently, he hasn’t noticed how the coronavirus is affecting the Americans who have had the disease and are suffering from long-term heart, lung, and brain damage.

  • Apparently, he hasn’t noticed all the people at high risk of death and serious disability who are sheltering in place, including people with asthma, heart disease, diabetes, obesity – 40% of the American population – and people over 50.

  • Apparently, he hasn’t noticed that countries that took this virus seriously have only a few dozen, or at the most a few hundred deaths, while we are moving toward a quarter million people dead within a month or so.

  • Apparently, he hasn’t noticed that the herd immunity strategy has not worked well in countries like Brazil, and that if he continues to pursue a herd immunity strategy for America it means as many as 6 million dead Americans.

  • Apparently, he hasn’t noticed that neither Taiwan nor Japan ever shut down their economies and the Taiwanese economy is actually growing, because in both cases the countries based their response to the virus on nationwide mask-wearing and a testing and contact tracing strategy.

  • Apparently, Trump never noticed that Anthony Fauci, the United State’s top infectious diseases expert, warned today that the country is “entering into a risk period” for rising coronavirus infections as autumn begins.

  • The one thing he definitely appears to have noticed is that this virus most easily kills elderly Social Security voters and Black and Brown people.

  • And to that end it appears he is trying to spread the virus as far and wide as possible. We should call this today what history will call it when it looks back upon this moment: genocide.

Black Lives Matter Movement Demonstrations —The Mass Response in Support of Black Lives Matter Movement Politicians Failed Us in 2020. Our Movements Built Lasting Power. In response, to the conditions, during the pandemic, there have been mass demonstrations throughout the country, triggered by Trump-supported overt police brutality.  These demonstrations are a cumulation of the recent events. Blacks, minorities, young white workers have been demonstrating for Black Lives Matter and  against the current attack upon their standard of living! That their lives matter!

The Capitalist Rulling Class Response to Black Live Matter Movement jas been to use agent provacateurs  More Police Terror!

Only in America

This country spends over a $trillion a year for the military/law enforcement/ prision industrial complex.  But it cannot spend a $trillion for the welfare for the masses, whe are suffering from the coronavirus pandemic and the current crisis of capitalism.

The 1%, Trump, and the Media Monopoly, have created agent provocateur violence, during these peaceful demonstrations against police and state terrorism, to claim and attack the demonstrators as violent theorists! — When they are doing the terrorizing!

What is lacking, at this moment, is a political organization to lead the fight! During the recent election, wherever there was a ballot initiative for a new $15 dollar minimum wage, that initiative won, even in states where Trump won the election! Demonstrating that the conditions are very ripe to build a new mass multi-racial political organization in opposition to the 1%s Democrat-Republican, Good Cop-Bad Cop rule!
